Enventure Engineering LLP, a global provider of design engineering and master data management services, today announced the appointment of Vivek Malayilethu as their new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Vivek is a senior management professional with over 25 years of experience in the Automotive and Industrial Engineering space, both in manufacturing as well as services organizations.
Prior to joining Enventure, Vivek was associated with global organizations like HCL Technologies Ltd, PTC, Volvo Truck Corporation &Tata Motors in varying capacities. At his last position at HCL Technologies, Vivek was Global Operations Director and part of the senior management team for Engineering & Research & Development Services (ERS Division). He was leading the Industrial vertical for the same. He has worked closely with leaders of global companies from diverse cultural backgrounds, to build breakthrough business solutions.
As COO of Enventure, Vivek will lead operations and delivery excellence for the company’s Plant Engineering, Mechanical Design, Master Data Management and Regulatory Compliance businesses, apart from being responsible for Enventure’s business strategy execution, Quality Control and customer relationship management. Other support functions such as Finance, Administration, Human Resources and IT will also report into Vivek.
