Enventure Engineering LLP, a global provider of design engineering and master data management services has won a project involving proposal engineering for a leading provider of manufacturing solutions. The pre bid engineering services will include preliminary conceptualization, making engineering effort estimates, conceptual drawings/drafting and Estimate Bill of Quantities.
The Client is a leader in developing and implementing lean ways to manufacture high quality complex assemblies for the tooling and manufacturing industry. They partner with their customers to implement innovative solutions, while managing their complex programs. Client offers wide range of solutions such as tool & die design and build, tool development, prototypes, blanking, stamping, Manual and Robotic Assembly, parts for automation of manufacturing system, E-coating.
On an ongoing basis, the Client needed pre bid engineering support to build accurate and detailed proposals for better response from their customers. Enventure’s proposal provided an easy support mechanism such that the proposal could be drafted within quick turnaround times, also with Enventure’s delivery team based out of India, the client’s end of day requirements could be made ready before the start of the next day. These details could then be directly plugged into the proposal that they would present to the end customer. The deliverables included process estimates, cycle time estimates, basic concept sketches, GEO station requirements, adhesive requirements, fastener requirements, initial layout and quote summary. The Client appreciated the Enventure team’s in-depth understanding of the requirements and awarded the project to them.
