Portsmouth, NH June 03, 2019 – Enventure has been awarded a contract to handle Building Engineering Design and Drafting Services for a leading Design to Build company in the Middle East. Major takeaways of this engagement are: Developing 2D drawings and 3D models of Civil & Structure, Architecture, HVAC and MEP for an upcoming high-rise project in the Middle East.
The client is recognized as a global leading Design & Build company with over 30 years of extensive knowledge and experience in delivering superior quality and turnkey solution projects. The client manages projects from inception to completion, including comprehensive feasibility studies, conceptualization, architectural and engineering design to state of the art civil & Electro-mechanical construction, financing including complete procurement, equipping, furnishing & installation and to facilitate operational management services.
The upcoming building is one of the iconic structures to be built by the client. The need of the hour was expert engineers with the knowledge of international design codes and a partner with efficient support systems in Building Engineering. Under this multi years contract, Enventure will setup a dedicated team of 15 multidisciplinary engineers to cater to the needs of the project in real-time.
