The Client is an Electronics Manufacturing Services company that manufactures and delivers electronic products to customers spread across Europe, China and the USA. Their technical services include prototyping, industrialization, material analysis and test development. The Client’s core areas of expertise are in Defence /Aerospace, Energy/Telecoms, Industry, Medical devices and Offshore/Marine.
Enventure has been working with the Client for the last four years providing extensive data inputs and solutions that enable cost efficiency, flexibility and design innovation. Over these years, Enventure has been successful in implementing various BoM techniques and practices that create value for the product. The scope of this project also includes various allied services that include product compliances and testing.
