Enventure today announced that it has acquired a new customer, by signing off a new Master Data Management contract with one of the world’s largest manufacturers of industrial parts. The engagement will lead to Enventure supporting the client’s operations in North America, to support their sales and operations teams.
The Client had been seeing an increased demand for value added services from their channel partners, and they recognized that providing superior quality of catalogs and data was having a direct and positive impact on revenues.
While the client had their own internal team to manage several of these activities, the work load was cyclical, creating a lot of stress on internal resources, and defocussing resources from their key function. It was at this time that they identified Enventure as a potential partner and initiated discussions. After initial discussions, it became clear to the Client that partnering with a firm like Enventure would be the best solution for their business scenario. The project would primarily involve cleansing and enriching master data that would drive their catalogs, including attribute extraction, description build, UNSPSC classification and developing a clean and reliable parts database that can power their ecommerce initiatives also.
