• Proficient in BIM (Revit)
• Excellent knowledge of Heat Load Calculations using Trane trace 700 or Carrier HAP

• Perform heat load calculations using either Carrier HAP or Trane Trace 700
• Ability to understand schematic design & convert to detail Mechanical design
• Ability to guide & nurture team members
• Ability to understand client scope & set the expectation from the team members
• Documenting reports in client format & maintaining timesheet
• Ability to design & draw in Revit
• Proficient in coordination effort in both AutoCAD & Revit
• Pick client feedback & update the drawing/model
