| Job Description: |
- Drawing preparation which includes Duct/Pipe sizing and modeling, schematics/control diagrams and schedules. Basic sheet setup experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic experience on calculations like Ventilation, Heat load, Unit static & RFI response.
- Extensive modelling/drafting experience. Basic Knowledge of all MEP streams & MEP coordination.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements by clarifying quality and accurate output. To follow internal quality processes.
- Should have experience of healthcare, Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Resolve Customer concerns on assigned work and ensure that the responsiveness is never compromised.
- Following QC processes and implementing review comments.
- Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time.
