- Understand & analyze design input (Scope)
- Excellent design knowledge in Electrical system with US code and standards
- Estimating the project hours based on the project scope of work
- Preparing Project plan and work allocation to team engineers
- Conducting Team huddle meeting to set daily work goals
- Provide Technical/design training for team engineers to enhance their skill level
- Providing design guidelines to team engineers on Load calculation, Equipment selection & Sizing.
- Involving high level design calculation such as Power system study, Breaker selective coordination, Arc flash study and Energy compliance report creation.
- Participate in Daily, Weekly, Monthly or any other Project Delivery Discussions with Customer
- Involving on Quality check procees to ensure project delivery to meet customer requirements and Design code requirements.
- Preparing project query list and email/Teams communication with client to get it clarified.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by continually delivering Projects, on time and at the highest quality
- Resolve Customer concerns on assigned work and ensure that the responsiveness is never compromised
- Ensure Compliance of all Processes and become an enabler of their continual improvement
- Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time
- Involving Design review activities to ensure Project equipment selections are meet the design code requirements, Reviewing design submittals and providing comments to suppliers.
- Capable of leading 10 to 15 members team.
- Staff the Team with competent resources, Promote performance-driven culture among Team by setting Goals, assessing performance, and providing constructive feedback
- Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time
