Qualifications: Graduate / MBA
Experience: Minimum 10 Years of B2B Sales of IT/ITES services to US market
Technical Skills
  • Good skills in selling B2B technology services to USA.
  • Ability to own and deliver to handle revenue targets
  • Good at lead generation
  • Has done deal finalization / closure on their own
    Experience generating leads in the US on their own (Cold calling experience)
Preferred Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of compliance services market or compliance testing market. (IMDS, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals etc.)
Other Skills
  • High energy levels, independent
  • Very good communication & presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Comfortable in an individual contributor role
Responsibilities in detail
  • Responsible for sales of Compliance services into USA & Canada
  • Generate sales leads through Calls, Networking, other means
  • Establish contact with prospects, secure RFPs, submit proposals, negotiate, get orders
  • Develop and manage partners/channel
  • Pursue opportunities, place bids, negotiate and close orders
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual objectives
  • Attend con-calls / make presentations to leads and prospects
  • Follow-up leads and prospects
  • Evaluate customer requirements and develop solution with delivery team support
  • Manage customer relationship and ensure effective account management
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Travel if required
